Position Description Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Engineering Manager will oversee the entire engineering and building component of each location building project. They will manage a team of engineering officers and collaborating with other teams such as contractors and designer to ensure that the storefront is completed according to the company's vision. The overall objective of the Engineering Manager is to ensure that the projects are completed within a specified timeline and pre-determined budget. Duties and Responsibilities Perform repair and maintenance of store equipment, including blenders, espresso/tea machines, ice machines, fixtures, and other machinery. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety and operational standards. Conduct routine inspections to maintain efficiency and safe working conditions. Coordinate with external service contractors for major repairs. Execute and adapt strategies for completing projects on time. Serve as the primary point of contact between store teams and the corporate office for repair and IT-related matters. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues used within the business. Respond to and manage technical support requests from U.S. store teams. Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering officers. Travel to store locations as required. Work a 6-day work week based on operational needs. Perform in-store operational work when assigned. Other duties as assigned.
