You will drive content consistency and quality across systems, enabling faster publishing, reduced risk, and a better user experience. You play a critical role in guiding and optimizing enterprise content, bridging quality, compliance, and technology to keep information accurate and actionable. To be successful as a DCW Content Management Specialist, you should have: Enterprise content management/content governance experience; able to operate in large, multi-layered, or regulated environments Practical experience in taxonomy, metadata model, classification scheme design and content performance (SEO/AEO, analytics) Extensive content lifecycle management and publishing governance knowledge with experience on Microsoft 365/SharePoint Able to translate strategy into practical standards, operating models, and functional specifications Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Other highly valued skills may include: Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or enterprise intranet platforms Familiarity with search and answer engine optimization (SEO/AEO), analytics, and content performance metrics Experience supporting digital workplace or knowledge management capabilities You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.

Minimum Salary:

$170,000

Maximum Salary:

$230,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. Purpose of the role To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Accountabilities Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
