$250K•300K Base + Bonus |

$500K•600K+ About the Opportunity Paul Bridges Group is partnering with a highly specialized, private equity-focused talent advisory platform to identify a Head of Industrial Practice in New York. This is a unique opportunity for a senior executive search leader to take ownership of an Industrial Practice, drive growth, expand client relationships, and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with private equity investment teams, portfolio companies, and senior executives across leading industrial sectors. The practice focuses on Industrial Technology, Automation, Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, HVACR, Energy, and related industrial sectors . Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Industrial Practice, including strategy, client development, execution, and revenue growth. Develop and expand relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and C-suite executives. Drive new business development, client acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities. Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 professionals, including Associates and Analysts. Build trusted relationships with clients and provide executive-level talent advisory solutions. Lead and oversee search execution to ensure exceptional client delivery. Establish and expand the firm's presence within the Industrial and Business Services markets. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior executive search professional with: Proven experience within Private Equity and Industrial sectors (required). Strong network and relationships with PE firms, portfolio companies, and senior executives. Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and client origination. Experience building and growing a practice, market, or sector. Leadership experience managing and developing a team. Deep understanding of Industrial sectors, including manufacturing, industrial technology, automation, distribution, energy, or related industries. Ability to thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and performance-driven environment. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant client-facing professional experience with demonstrated career growth. Proven track record successfully serving private equity clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to synthesize complex information and identify market opportunities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Independent thinker with a collaborative approach. Self-motivated, hands-on work ethic with a strong desire to achieve results. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
