Job Description:
I. About the Company Sylvanix is a global leader in eco-friendly advanced composite materials and entered North America in 2014. Our portfolio covers premium WPC decking, cladding, railing, fencing and custom profiles. Since its inception the company has set new benchmarks for excellence and environmental sustainability in the wood-plastic decking & cladding sector, continuously improving product performance and aesthetics. II. Key Responsibilities 1. Formulate and execute the sales strategy to deliver ?20 % compound annual revenue growth and expand Sylvanix market share across the United States. 2. Coordinate the team to open new customers and achieve full U.S. geographic coverage. 3. Build relationships with designers to grow the designer/specifier channel and secure large, iconic projects. 4. Lead the development of new product categories, propose product improvements and new-product concepts. 5. Team management and report to the Board; embrace the company's values while driving brand influence and market share throughout North America. III.
Work Location Headquarters:
New Jersey (flexible work options). New-Jersey-based candidates preferred; exceptional applicants may be considered elsewhere. Frequent travel for market/ customers development is required. IV. Qualifications 1. 10+ years in North America building-materials industry with proven distributor-network and Big-Box retail management experience. 2.
Strong designer/architect channel resources:
documented cooperation with AIA, ASLA and NAHB members. 3. Demonstrated new-customer development capability. 4. Proven team-management skills. 5. Bachelor's degree or above; Master's in engineering/materials preferred.
