Reporting to the general partner and board of directors, this individual will manage all aspects of both large-scale Metropolitan-area developments, as well as other projects within the firm's multi-state portfolio. Work with a lean, dedicated team and top industry partners committed to sustainable and enduring quality. Demonstrated success in the planning, engineering, construction management, and start-up of marquee New York projects at the 200-400-unit level is required. The successful candidate, possibly an architect by training, will be passionate about innovative design, possess a rigorous product-delivery focus, and have desire to be recognized in the accessible-luxury and workforce housing markets. AIA/ MBA, and institutional firm experience preferred.
