6 to 12 Months+ We are seeking a highly skilled L3 macOS Engineer with strong expertise in Jamf Pro and enterprise MDM platforms to provide advanced support, drive automation, and manage large-scale Mac environments. The candidate will act as the escalation point for complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement across the Apple ecosystem- 5+ years of experience in macOS engineering / desktop support
- 5+ years of experience managing Jamf Pro / MDM platforms in large enterprise environments (10,000+ devices preferred).
- Strong expertise in Apple ecosystem , including: Apple Business Manager (ABM) Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) Configuration profiles and policy frameworks
- Deep knowledge of: macOS architecture and troubleshooting Jamf policies, profiles, and packaging macOS scripting and automation
