Engineering Working Leader | High Growth Potential We're looking for a hands?on Engineering Working Leader in Albuquerque, NM to support manufacturing, drive process improvements, and add capacity to our growing engineering team. This role has significant advancement potential!!What You'll Do:
- Lead continuous improvement efforts
- Support production teams and resolve non?conformities
- Drive root?cause analysis & corrective actions
- Strengthen NPI processes
- Improve workflows, testing, and documentation
- Partner with customers and internal teams
- Create metrics, procedures, and project timelines Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in manufacturing industry
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong analytical & problem?solving skills
- Ability to work hands?on with minimal supervision
- Experience with SPC, workflows, and process optimization
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
