BIM Fabrication Library Engineer, Infrastructure Programs Tesla Motors, Inc. paid holidays, flex time, 401(k) United States, Nevada, Sparks 1 Electric Avenue (Show on map) May 13, 2026 What to Expect Tesla's Factory Engineering team is seeking an experienced BIM Fabrication Library Engineer to be directly responsible for the development, management, and technical support of its Revit fabrication content items, libraries, and services for the Electrical, Mechanical, and Piping disciplines at its factory in Reno, Nevada. Candidates must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP. What You'll Do Responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing the fabrication database and ITM parts for piping, ductwork, hangers, and electrical disciplines using Revit 2020+ and AutoCAD MEP where required Responsible for providing technical Revit support for the fabrication detailing workflows and use of associated components Responsible for ensuring the fabrication components export and are represented accurately through PCF file exports used by tools such as
CAESAR II
pipe stress analysis Responsible for maintaining accurate parameters and quantification capabilities of all fabrication content to provide accurate quantity takeoffs from the Revit fabrication models Work with the
BIM & VDC
