Job Description
The Technical Program Manager for the New Product Introduction, Semi is a multifaceted role and is responsible for launching new/insourced content into the new Semi Factory Nevada during high volume production ramp. You will be managing the entire operational perimeter from kickoff, readiness, and execution through leading cross-functional teams composed of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, facilitating problem solving from issue definition to interim/final solution implementation and feedback. Your function as a planner and coordinator for new Semi variants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute all early build events. You will provide essential support for the NPI Team including generating Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) for new programs/variants, ensuring compliance throughout change control process, leading process optimization/continuous improvement, and coordinating with Production/Supply Chain/Inventory Control groups to optimize excess inventory. Persistence, attention to detail, dealing with ambiguity, and ability to build strong relationships are keys to success in this TPM role. Drive MBOM creation, manufacturing/operations readiness, supply chain readiness, and implementation (builds) Scale mass production with high reliability, repeatability, and robustness targets to hit aggressive production ramp schedules with operation teams Participate in and lead various cross-functional Program and Manufacturing Readiness forum Function as point of contact for all new variants and will lead from early builds through high volume production. Handover to sustaining team Develop workplans and build plans for early engineering validation units at pilot build facility Coordinate with material planning, supply chain, program, and NPI technicians to support and execute builds at a pilot build facility and/or

configuration for new variants and sustaining changes. Maintain day-to-day internal relations; point of contact for all BOM issues. Lead completeness and accuracy audits throughout the Program lifecycle Ensure excess inventory is properly accounted for at product launch and throughout the entire product lifecycle Establish, evolve, and improve the process and policies, standards, and systems of BOM change management Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience At least 5 years of manufacturing process, supply chain management, vehicle engineering, technical program management experience Strong preference on prior automotive engineering background Technical experience in vehicle product development and program management is preferred Familiar with Excel, PPT, Jira, Auto CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or similar software Strong understanding of multidiscipline (Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial) engineering fundamentals Ability to implement engineering first principles in problem solving methodology Be agile to de-prioritize and prioritize based on program milestone and deliverables Capability to lead with high ambiguity and undefined scope Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally throughout the horizontal and vertical organization
