Responsibilities:

Implements a medical equipment management program, ensuring that functions are monitored, performed and reported on a continuing basis. Ensures compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and/or vendor Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives.

Complexity of Work:

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Education:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree Work Experience 3 years of experience required 1 year of leadership or management experience required
