Engineering Manager Location:
Endwell, NY Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred) 5-10+ years of electronics engineering experience Background as a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Technical Lead Strong experience in circuit design and schematic review Proven ability to lead projects or mentor engineers Interest in transitioning into or growing within engineering leadership Position Overview We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join a well-established military and aerospace electronics manufacturer near Endwell, NY. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior or Lead Engineer ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on with technical work.
