Growth Opportunities:

We support your path to licensure and reimburse continued education in Architecture or Engineering. What You'll Do Oversee projects—manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Lead and mentor small teams of architects and designers. Develop conceptual designs and presentation drawings. Prepare reports, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and NYSED forms. Conduct site visits and document existing conditions. Create schematic designs and construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD . Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants throughout all phases. Attend key meetings and manage construction administration.

What We're Looking For Experience:

5+ years in the A/E industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.

Project Expertise:

Familiarity with K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal projects.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Credentials:

Office in the heart of Goshen village, near restaurants and public transportation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
