Preferred qualifications:

Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances. Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $307,000-$427,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
