About the job As the Program Director you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Google's enterprise-wide HR system transformation program. In this role, you will partner closely with the newly centralized product function and engineering leadership to define and manage the HR Engineering strategic roadmap. You will ensure all programs within Core and Corp Eng are delivered on time. You'll also manage the POps OKRs, prioritizing initiatives that drive AI-first agentification and platform modernization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $282,000-$392,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, budget, and resource plan for the HR system transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors. Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
