Job Description

Join a leading Heavy Civil contractor and advance your career managing major infrastructure projects across New York. Superintendent - Heavy Civil | Dutchess County | Up to $200,000 A leading Heavy Civil contractor is looking to hire a Superintendent to join their growing Heavy Civil team in Dutchess County due to a strong pipeline of Heavy Civil construction projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with Heavy Civil experience to work on roadway, bridge, utility, sitework, and Heavy Civil construction projects throughout New York.
Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day operations on Heavy Civil projects Coordinating subcontractors, field crews, and Heavy Civil site activities Running schedules, look-ahead meetings, and safety meetings Maintaining quality control and production across Heavy Civil projects Working closely with Project Managers and leadership teams
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within Heavy Civil Experience delivering Heavy Civil roadway, bridge, utility, or DOT projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage schedules and field operations on Heavy Civil projects
