Follow rigorous NPI Tollgate Process from Conceptual Design thru field validation for all bucket/blade component designs across the full spectrum of Gas Power turbine configurations. Lead engineering analysis to ensure robust designs that meet all required CTQs. Demonstrated excellence applying fundamentals of Mechanical Design, including material properties, statics, strength of materials, fluid dynamics, lifing methods related to fatigue (LCF & HCF) and creep. Demonstrated experience with Finite Element Analysis (ANYSIS).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 4+ years engineering experience in design turbomachinery rotating components with demonstrated knowledge of blade design (ex: campbell diagrams) Proficiency in English Legal right to work. We will not sponsor individuals for legal permits or visas.
