Job Location:
White Plains. NY Project Overview Seeking a Knowledge Management professional with strong KM, AI, Power BI, and Power Apps experience. Must have experience designing dashboards and associated metrics to capture, monitor, and report on knowledge assets. Must have experience in KM practices, ways to improve knowledge flow, and build digital solutions. Participate in the design and enhancement of core KM approaches that improve knowledge flow across the organization. This includes leveraging ML and AI for knowledge creation and gap analysis, and ing ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic layers to improve content structure, retrieval, and discoverability. A solid understanding of content management and content strategy is essential, including the ability to architect semantic frameworks that support enterprise search, personalization, and scalable knowledge ecosystems. Job Functions & Responsibilities Improve knowledge capture, flow, and reuse using AI, ML, and semantic technologies. Develop and govern taxonomies, metadata, and content structures to enhance search and discoverability. Support enterprise knowledge repositories, intranets, and collaboration tools. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations; ensure performance and data quality. Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline KM and business processes. Work with KM team to translate business needs into actionable KM, analytics, and automation solutions. Skills Experience in Knowledge Management, taxonomy, metadata, and content strategy. Deep expertise in creating intuitive, insights‐driven dashboards and establishing the right metrics to measure performance and value. Proficiency with AI tools and concepts applied to content automation and knowledge discovery. Strong Power BI and Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors). Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, Power Query, and DAX. Excellent analytical andmunication skills. Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years relevant work experience.
