Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet stakeholder expectations.Execution and Monitoring:
Lead project teams to execute projects according to plan, managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project objectives are met.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and senior management.Quality and Compliance:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate project outcomes and processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in project management and civil engineering.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, or similar). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred but not required. Familiarity with construction processes and site management is preferred but not required.What we offer:

$78,000 - $120,000 Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates' relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
