Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines 2 year engineering capital project management experience in closely related industry Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Travel 20-50% (determined by project cycle, complexity, and need) Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams. Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.

Preferred:

Masters Degree in technical field 5 years in project management Prior experience managing others Oversight and drive large capital projects What will be your key responsibilities? Take the lead in scoping, planning, and executing capital projects up to $10M that drive real business impact and innovation. Own the full project lifecycle—from initial design concepts to final installation—across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and successful delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bringing together engineering expertise and project management skills to overcome challenges and exceed expectations. Be the go-to expert for all engineering aspects of your projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines to keep everything on track. Actively contribute as a vital member of the Engineering team and extended project groups, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What can you expect from Mars?
