Driven by innovation, sustainability, and world-class safety standards, they are seeking an elite MEP Manager to join their leadership team. Job Description Direct comprehensive MEP operations
  • encompassing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and low-voltage systems-from preconstruction and design coordination through field installation and final turnover.
Drive subcontractor and engineering accountability , managing cross-functional field teams to guarantee project execution hits strict safety, quality, budgetary, and scheduling benchmarks. Spearhead technical reviews, strategic procurement, and field installation for complex, large-scale builds within the data center, life sciences, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Orchestrate the entire commissioning and closeout process , partnering closely with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure a flawless, turnkey project handoff. Champion talent development by mentoring MEP engineers and superintendents, while collaborating with national MEP leadership to refine and implement corporate best practices. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of comprehensive MEP management experience , with a proven track record balancing both preconstruction strategy and hands-on field operations. Deep technical expertise across complex MEP systems, critical sequencing, and sophisticated cost engineering. Exceptional leadership capabilities , with the communication acumen required to seamlessly interface with owners, design engineers, and trade partners. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, highly technical builds (e.g., data centers, pharmaceutical/life sciences, healthcare, or semiconductor facilities). Tech-savvy & forward-thinking: Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, MS Project, and Smartsheet; LEED accreditation is highly preferred. What's on Offer Marquee Project Portfolio
