- NG&NGL Digital Products
- Operations Control will lead an organization aligned to deliver digital products within the Natural Gas & NGL Services Product Line.
- and second-line leadership in NG&NGL across respective digital scope.

System Platform and wired and wireless industrial networking in support of industrial protocols such as Modbus and MQTT. This role will lead multiple cross functional product teams to build, enhance, and sustain operationally critical digital solutions while also performing medium-term planning and product vision and road mapping for Operations Control capabilities. Key Responsibilities Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance to build strong talent. Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required. 10+ years of diversified IT experience 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including management of exempt professional staff. Demonstrated ability to deliver IT products or services aligned with business strategy, including oversight of project timelines and vendor relationships. Experience driving change management initiatives, ensuring adoption, and achieving short- to medium-term business goals.
