Heavy Civil Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Earthwork | Site Development | Underground Utilities A very well-respected Heavy Civil contractor is looking to add a strong Project Manager to help support the continued growth of their Heavy Civil Division. This is a high-impact opportunity with a company that has a strong backlog of complex work and is looking for someone who wants to do more than just manage projects day-to-day. This role has the potential to grow into a Senior PM / operational leadership-@type position for the right individual. The company is looking for someone who can help mentor younger team members, contribute to division strategy, improve operations, and truly have a voice as the group continues to expand.

Projects include:

Earthwork & grading Underground utilities Water, sanitary sewer & storm systems Large site development projects Complex heavy civil infrastructure work This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of project management and helping shape the future direction of a growing division.

What They're Looking For:

7+ years of Heavy Civil construction experience preferred Strong background in earthwork, sitework, and underground utilities Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination Strong communication and leadership abilities Someone who wants long-term growth and operational influence within a company

Compensation & Benefits:
