Our client, Integris, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the development and execution of advanced protection solutions from concept through delivery. For more information, visit: https://www.integriscomposites.com/ About the Position The Engineering Project Manager plays a key role within the R D and Armor Development team, leading projects from initial concept through final delivery. This role combines technical leadership with structured project management, ensuring that products meet performance, quality, and certification requirements. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and business development teams, while also interacting with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. You will also support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and technical solutions This position is based in Integris' office in Hebron, OH, and reports directly to the SVP of Engineering. Up to 20% of international travel is expected. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Lead engineering projects from concept through development, qualification, and production Develop and execute product development plans and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards (including AS9100) Manage all engineering changes, documentation, and agreements throughout the project lifecycle Plan and lead design reviews, including Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) Prepare qualification test plans, coordinate testing activities, and support certification processes (e.g.
NIJ, FAT
) Lead qualification testing activities and coordinate with external labs and institutions Develop technical documentation, reports, and after-sales support materials Own risk management activities, including development and follow-up of risk registers Collaborate with supply chain and production on sourcing, make/buy decisions, and program execution Support business development by contributing to proposals, compliance matrices, and technical solutions Develop bills of materials (EBOM) and define engineering input for pricing and program planning Uphold Integris values of Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Partnership, and Quality What We Expect from You Your Work Experience, Education, & Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
