Quality & Engineering Manager Emerge - 3.8 Sharon Center, OH Job Details $90,000 - $100,000 a year 2 days ago Qualifications Managerial strategic planning Managing engineering teams Leading team collaboration initiatives Regulatory/legal compliance standards in production Managing projects Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Quality & Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and quality functions, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and quality teams. Build and execute quality and engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Drive process improvements through root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and data-driven decision-making. Provide technical oversight, review designs, implement tech data and manufacturing info into ERP system, and product validation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001). Collaborate closely with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams. Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaint investigations and supplier performance monitoring. Track and report key quality and engineering metrics to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain documentation, lead audits, and support training initiatives across the organization. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Strong technical expertise with the ability to guide teams and solve complex engineering challenges. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical and quality teams. Solid project management capabilities, including scheduling, and resource planning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering and quality initiatives with business objectives. #IND1
