Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Systems Engineering or related engineering field 5+ years of progressive engineering program management experience (DoD/DoW or equivalent industry) Strong systems engineering/HSI/modeling & analysis background Experience reviewing/approving technical documentation: Roadmaps System design documents Use cases Test plans Product transition plans Technical proposals Experience managing: Technical planning Risk management Technology transition strategies Signed NDA prior to performance start

Highly Desired:

Master s degree in engineering or systems/human performance-related field DAWIA Practitioner (ETM) or PMP certification R&D program experience and/or Human Systems Integration (HSI) studies Agile methodology experience AI management tools experience Work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Core hours: 0730-1730

Max:
