Our work is driven by a QSP mindset, Quality, Safety, and Productivity, and built by teams who understand how to execute at a high level in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. We are expanding into Oklahoma and are looking for strong leadership to help deliver large-scale electrical projects successfully. Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead $10M to $50M+ electrical construction projects in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This role requires full ownership of project execution, including financial performance, contract management, and client relationships. You will partner closely with General Foremen and field leadership to drive productivity, maintain schedule, and deliver strong project outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how electrical work is built in the field and can translate that into disciplined planning and execution. This is not a field superintendent role. This position is responsible for project-level financial ownership, contract strategy, and overall project performance. What You'll Do Lead $10M to $50M+ electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Own project financial performance, including forecasting, WIP, cash flow, and cost-to-complete Develop and drive project execution strategy, including work packaging, procurement planning, and installation sequencing Partner with General Foremen and field leadership to drive productivity and maintain QSP standards Manage change orders, pricing, negotiations, and contract complianceOversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and documentation through your project team Coordinate with BIM, VDC, and Prefabrication teams to align design, fabrication, and field installation Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, owners, and key partners Lead and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers Drive project closeout, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and client acceptance Minimum Requirements Proven experience managing $10M+ electrical construction projectsBackground in electrical contracting, not GC-only experience Demonstrated ownership of project financials including forecasting, WIP, and cost-to-complete Experience partnering directly with field leadership to drive installation and productivity Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and project execution Preferred Experience 10 to 15+ years in electrical construction Experience with data center or mission-critical projects Background managing fast-track or multi-phase projects Experience mentoring and developing project teams Tools and Systems Viewpoint Vista for job cost and labor tracking Procore, Autodesk Build, or similar Bluebeam Revu Microsoft Office Suite Primavera P6 preferred Work Environment This is an on-site leadership role based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with daily interaction across jobsite operations, field leadership, and project teams
