Job Description Summary The primary role of the Engineering Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation and project design deliverables. The Engineering Planner is responsible for developing design documents in cooperation with the Project Engineer such as project schedules, Scope of Work (SOW) documents, Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, and other various deliverables to help administrate and execute capital projects. They maintain coordination between the various Facility departments and Facility Managers and maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results.
