This is an individual contributor who will work on site, within the engineering teams, to move projects forward. Summary/Objective:

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the organizations highest-priority and highest-complexity engineering projects, including new product introduction, advanced development efforts, and key customer initiatives.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

Own all aspects of project management for assigned projects. Drive day-to-day project execution by leading and coordinating cross-functional activities across multiple teams, functions, and geographic locations. Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria by reviewing proposals, requirements, and development plans in collaboration with engineering and management. Consult with management and stakeholders to determine project priority, and execution strategy. Develop detailed project schedules by sequencing activities, identifying dependencies, and calculating time and resource requirements. Maintain and control project schedules by coordinating activities, providing accountability, and identifying and resolving problems. Schedule, facilitate, and document project team meetings. Foster effective communication and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely information supporting quality decision making across and at multiple levels of the organization.
