We are looking for a talented Director of Cost Engineering to join our dedicated team at our headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work with the Project Business Services (PBS) group and be responsible for implementing processes that will ensure the financial integrity, predictability, and strategic control of the portfolio of IPS projects. You will also lead a high-performing cost engineering team, establish best-in-class processes, and ensure critical insights to internal and external stakeholders on cost predictability. Additional Responsibilities Contribute to the definition and execution of the company's PBS strategy. Partner with the executive team on the management of risk and capital across the portfolio. Establish and enforce standardized and scalable processes and reporting mechanisms to support global growth. Strengthen all key Cost Engineering practices, including Progress Measurement & Earned Value Management, Cost Forecasting & Cash Flow Analysis, Change Management, Quantitative Risk Analysis, and Audit & Compliance. Build, mentor, and scale a best-in-class Cost Engineering team. Represent the firm in key client presentations, industry forums, and thought-leadership initiatives. Active participation in company-wide initiatives, including Digital Transformation, Data Management & Benchmarking, and Quality Management System. Establish training, career development, and succession plans for Cost Engineering professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation in Cost Engineering. Collaborate with all groups to improve company processes, systems, and intellectual infrastructure to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 15+ years of Cost Engineering/ Project Controls experience, including 7+ years in a leadership capacity within EPCM or design-build firms. Executive presence with the ability to influence board-level decisions. Proven capability to build, scale, and lead cross-regional teams. Extensive knowledge of cGMP facilities, cleanrooms, labs, process utilities, and FDA/EMA regulatory requirements. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods. Must possess the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required. Must be able to climb ladders as necessary. Work Environment Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, which may include exposure to varying working conditions. Must be able to adhere to strict cleanroom gowning protocol. Travel This position will have 20% travel, or as required by the assigned project. You may be assigned to a client site for an extended period. Overnight travel or staying in the city of the client's location is possible, depending on the assignment. You will visit construction sites and will be required to take site safety training and adhere to site safety rules. Must have access to reliable transportation. Must have the ability to travel and commute on a daily or routine basis. Safety This position is a safety-sensitive position. The employee is designated for field work and attends activities at client sites where they work in construction, process, packaging, manufacturing, research, or other "non-administrative" areas.
