Engineering Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $100,000.00 to $145,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) The Engineering Managers' primary job function is leading and directing the Engineering Team and driving the execution of the strategic plan for the Operations Department. This role ensures that equipment, infrastructure and process projects are safely designed, properly executed, delivered on budget and schedule, and aligned with long-term business strategy. Lead and mentor engineering teams in executing strategic capital projects (equipment installs, process optimization, relocations) from concept through commissioning and production handoff Own full project lifecycle including scope definition, budgeting, design oversight, execution, and Management of Change documentation Serve as technical authority for process, facility, and equipment design (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls), ensuring safe, compliant, and maintainable solutions Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals while maintaining design standards and technical documentation Manage contractors, vendors, and integrators, including scope development, cost control, scheduling, and quality/safety performance
Engineering Manager Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership with regards to Safe Work Practices Bachelors Engineering degree - preferably chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering. 10+ years facilities and equipment engineering and 5+ years engineering experience preferably in adhesives and/or coatings with demonstrated ability to deliver beneficial business outcomes. Strong understanding of polymerization, mixing, coating, web handling, drying, slitting processes and equipment desired. Ability to travel 10-20% of the time (including some international).
