We are seeking a driven professional to lead and support quality initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our team plays a key role in ensuring high standards of process quality, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance across all stages of production.Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and management of non-conformance events, supervise material review board activities, and oversee defect disposition and investigation processes. Manage and facilitate the CAPA process, coordinating investigations, root cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, and ongoing effectiveness monitoring. Support supplier quality activities, participate in process validation, and collaborate on manufacturing process development and design transfer initiatives. Mentor and develop quality engineering team members while managing performance, training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent field. Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience with a Master's degree in quality engineering, safety engineering, process engineering, or equivalent. Demonstrated ability in process quality management, root cause analysis, CAPA methodologies, regulatory requirements, and process monitoring. Experience supervising high-volume, detail-driven execution teams and operating within regulated manufacturing environments.About SSI People:
