Pennsylvania , Wyalusing Job Description Engineering Manager - Manufacturing We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead design, drafting, and product development efforts within a growing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with engineering, product management, and sales to drive new product development while continuously improving existing product lines.

What You'll Do:

Lead all engineering and design activities across new product development and existing product support Drive product innovation, performance improvements, and compliance with safety and industry standards Oversee concept design through prototype, testing, and final production release Manage evaluation and testing of components to ensure proper form, fit, and function Support resolution of manufacturing and field issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain engineering documentation, design databases, and revision control systems Collaborate with sales to provide technical expertise, product positioning, and competitive differentiation Assist with product pricing for catalog and replacement parts as needed Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency Manage engineering budgets and resource allocation Build and lead a high-performing team — hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering and lab personnel

What You Bring:
