What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, measure, and adjust performance results, manager budgets, and costs Provide vision and strategies, align business goals with the regional and organizational strategy of the Midwest Region and the Heidelberg Material organization Create a production plan, adapt to market conditions Lead and develop management, ensure effective talent strategies Build key customer relationships, engage with industry and community, direct sales and marketing Identify and implement improvements, leverage technology for better customer experience and cost savings. What are you looking
For:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred 10+ years in the construction industry with exposure to multiple product lines (aggregates preferred) 7-10 years in sales, operations, or engineering roles, with a focus on safety Prior leadership experience as well as M & A and developing business cases to support growth projects Solid understanding of operations and sales, with in-depth financial knowledge (P & L, EVA, budgeting) Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong negotiation skills, and sound decision-making abilities
