Position Overview:
The Chief AI Factory Engineer / Architect serves as Siemens' senior technical authority for AI Factory and next-generation data center architecture. This role leads the definition, integration, and optimization of complex, multi-disciplinary systems across power, cooling, automation, controls, and compute at both an enterprise and market level. Acting as a customer-facing liaison and global technology leader, this role shapes Siemens' technical direction, influences partner ecosystems, and participates in industry standards to ensure scalable, safe, and future-ready AI Factory solutions worldwide. You'll make an impact by: Leading the end-to-end architectural vision for AI Factory and data center solutions, integrating power, cooling, automation, controls, and compute into cohesive designs. Serving as Siemens' senior technical authority in customer engagements, executive briefings, and partner collaborations, influencing architectural and investment decisions. Translating highly complex, multi-disciplinary systems into scalable reference architectures, foundational guidelines, and customer-ready solutions. Driving close collaboration with innovation, R D, and advanced development teams to shape next-generation controls, platforms, and deployment models. Representing Siemens globally in industry forums, standards committees, and technology partner ecosystems.

Shapes next-generation architectures, platforms, and standards.
Global Leadership:
Leads as a recognized Key Expert or small-team leader across regions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in complex digital infrastructure or multi-disciplinary architecture roles. Willingness to travel extensively (50%+) domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications Advanced engineering degree (Master's or PhD). Experience participating in industry standards or regulatory bodies.   • 275,000 annually with a annual target incentive of the base salary.
The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
