Civil Engineering Manager

A well‑established, multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a senior Civil Engineering leader to take ownership of its California Land Development market . This role is designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of client strategy, business growth, and people leadership — not someone chasing individual deals or staying billable day‑to‑day.
