  • Statewide land development growth strategy
  • Executive relationships with developers and agencies
  • A bench of Client Leaders and Delivery Leaders
  • Pipeline quality, forecasting discipline, and backlog health

Who This Was Designed For This role fits someone who already operates at a Principal / Regional / Market level , and is ready to consolidate authority instead of borrowing it.
You likely:
Have 15+ years in land development or civil engineering leadership Understand California entitlements, agencies, and development economics Have led other Senior leaders — not just individual contributors Can step back from personal selling without the business stalling Want accountability for outcomes , not hours PE preferred. Credibility non‑negotiable. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
