Civil Project Manager•Herndon, VA $90,000•140,000 A well‑established civil construction and development firm in the Reston, Virginia area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of site development projects , including grading, utilities, and related infrastructure. This role offers long‑term growth, strong operational support, and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage site development projects from planning through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation. Conduct site visits and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with owners, engineers, and internal teams. Lead project staff and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of site development or heavy civil project management experience. Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure. Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and communication. Ability to work hybrid with 2 in‑office days weekly.
