This position requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field and 5 years of work experience in construction project management occupation. In Lieu of the requirements listed above, employer will accept: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field and 3 years of work experience in construction project management occupation.SPECIFIC SKILLS

Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.Required expertise/ knowledge includes:
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications, for example, architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings. Experience working in Project planning and scoping, design management, construction management, contract administration and negotiations, project cost accounting and finance areas. Project management tools and scheduling software. Mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference and geometry and apply those concepts to practical situations.Must have:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and should be in the path for obtaining Professional Engineer (P.E) licensure.Must have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Posted Salary Range:

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
