ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION VICE PRESIDENT
(INDUSTRIAL) Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Construction Vice President (Industrial) in Longview, Washington . Vice President Compensation & Benefits Base compensation for the Electrical Construction VP (Industrial) in Longview, WA is $175,000 to $200,000 with strong potential for top performers to exceed typical market ranges. Competitive executive base salary Hybrid Work Schedule Performance-based bonus structure Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance (company-paid and voluntary options) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Continued Education, Training & Certifications Profit sharing opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional voluntary benefits (AFLAC, FSA/DCSA, etc.) Vice President Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Establish and execute long-term strategic vision including market expansion and service development Partner with executive leadership to align division goals with company objectives Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence Represent the division in executive-level planning and decision-making Operational Management Oversee all operations ensuring safe, efficient execution of electrical and automation projects Provide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents, and department teams Ensure adherence to safety programs, quality standards, and operational procedures Manage P&L, budgets, KPIs, and overall financial performance Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and resource planning Manage other branch locations People Leadership & Culture Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across operations and project delivery Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff while maintaining strong team culture Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence Lead employee development and succession planning initiatives Business Development & Client Relations Partner with executive and sales teams to drive new business opportunities Support pricing strategy, bid reviews, and major proposal development Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Identify cross-selling opportunities across business units Risk Management & Compliance Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements Lead risk assessment efforts on major projects Support insurance, claims, and operational documentation processes Vice President Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the industrial electrical industry Minimum 5-7 years of senior leadership experience managing teams and operations Proven experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics Track record of delivering large-scale electrical projects safely, on time, and on budget Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but Not Necessary Experience leading large-scale electrical operations or divisions Background in industrial, commercial, and automation projects Experience with strategic growth and market expansion initiatives #BASE1
