Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 5 to join their team.

This is a Senior Program Manager / Utility Project Manager role focused on managing large-scale electric utility infrastructure projects, specifically substation and transmission line projects. The person will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. They are looking for someone with a strong electrical utility background who can understand engineering drawings and manage utility construction or upgrade projects.

Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings clearly to clients and stakeholders. Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff work, fostering staff development and maintaining high competence levels. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility. Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
