This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing projects in industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Lead capital and major maintenance projects from initiation through closeout Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and execution plans Collaborate with Operations on CAPEX planning and project prioritization Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up activities Coordinate internal teams, external engineering firms, and contractors Monitor project performance, cost control, forecasting, and reporting Lead project change management and risk mitigation efforts Support procurement activities, including bid package development and evaluations Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Manage project completion, acceptance, and formal closeout Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of project engineering or project management experience Experience managing projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Fluent in written and spoken English Willingness to travel up to 30% (U.S., Canada, and occasional international travel) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Paid holidays and vacation Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability Optional supplemental life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition assistance and support for professional certifications
