Hybrid (2 days remote per week)•Irvine, Ca.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in new product development within the aerospace industry . This individual will lead cross-functional engineering efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who has already successfully performed in a similar capacity and can effectively manage schedules, resources, and evolving project scope. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for new development programs Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines Assign and coordinate tasks across engineering teams Monitor and manage project budgets and resource allocation Ensure adherence to quality standards and program objectives Manage and communicate scope changes and project risks Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline Proven past experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment Prior experience leading new product development programs Background in the aerospace industry is required Demonstrated experience as a team leader Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel Experience with: Project scheduling Task assignment and tracking Managing scope changes Must have previously performed in a similar role Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in French or Spanish Experience with Jira and Confluence PMP certification Familiarity with aerospace standards such as:

ARP4754 DO-160
