Lead all civil construction and telecom drill operations, including foundations, anchors, site prep, and tower infrastructure support. Implement and optimize SOPs, processes, equipment utilization, and scalable operational infrastructure. Manage WIP, job costing, billing, cash flow, and percentage-of-completion accounting. Serve as senior client contact for telecom carriers, tower companies, GCs, and property owners, leading estimating, quoting, and contract negotiations. Identify growth opportunities, expand market presence, and position the division to achieve $50M revenue. Recruit, mentor, and develop PMs, superintendents, foremen, and field crews, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance. Ensure OSHA and telecom safety compliance, oversee training, incident investigations, and maintain regulatory certifications and licensing.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive civil construction and telecom infrastructure experience, with civil construction expertise required. 5+ years in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility at $25M-$50M revenue scale. Strong operational, estimating, and business development skills (ability to build or lead estimating team a plus). Deep knowledge of civil construction methods, telecom infrastructure, and project management. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run a division as if it were your own business.
