- will be responsible for developing business strategies, frameworks, and processes, focusing options to best exploit market opportunities to grow specification of Siemens offerings.

- , you will:
- + Grow and develop Siemens into the #1 specified set of offerings in the market + Consult with the Portfolio teams to leverage the appropriate business segment + Set Construction Tier go-to-market strategies, backed by voice of the customer / channel and thorough understanding of how to win against competitors + Manage a team responsible for: + Creating the best strategies for positioning the Siemens portfolio, incl.

Basic Qualifications:
_ + BS/BA in related discipline, with master's preferred + 10+ years of Building Automation Systems industry experience + 5+ years of direct management experience + Direct sales experience preferred + Proven experience creating building / construction-tier programs; AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Programs + Demonstrated ability to project manage and drive results across organizational boundaries + A strategic-innovative mindset and strong results orientation coupled with driving and taking initiative + A high level of communications skills and a validated ability to collaborate and connect with employees and other partners at a senior management level + Ability to travel ~15% + Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship- Ready to create your own journey?
