A growing government and private contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the execution of civil and infrastructure projects. Position Summary The Project Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution of federal construction and civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to expand experience in project management, federal contracting, and infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day project operations for civil and infrastructure projects Support development of project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Track project progress and assist with performance reporting Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, compliance records) Participate in site visits, inspections, and QA/QC activities Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and safety standards Support proposal development, cost estimating, and bid preparation Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or engineering Strong organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Willingness to travel to project sites Preferred Qualifications Experience with federal projects (USACE & DOT, etc.) Familiarity with civil construction / heavy infrastructure (NAICS 237) Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) Understanding of OSHA or
