Interim Magnet Program Director

Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Magnet® Program Director for an engagement in New York. The role will be a hybrid role with responsibility for launching the Magnet program and leading the organization through the Magnet designation process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing preferred. New York nursing license required (New York is not a compact state) Magnet Program experience. Magnet designation experience. We take care of the logistics with a generous compensation package that includes housing, transportation, and regular travel home. The pay rate for this position is $800

• $850 per day ($208,000
• 221,000 annually).
