- Engineering Process Excellence who will oversee and improve all engineering development processes including configuration tools, engineering design standards, New Product Introduction, PDM and/or PLM management.

- Hybrid What you will do: Conduct business analysis of existing engineering processes across all Business Units.
Work with engineering management to identify solutions and improvements in engineering systems and address issues such as product development through software design and consistency in approach. Facilitate the evaluation, selection and implementation of design software. Evaluate and recommend engineering equipment and establish a corporate standard for equipment. Serve as a liaison between Engineering and the Information Technology group. Possess strong project management and communication skills. Serve as project leader for various engineering and manufacturing initiatives. Able to guide groups through change using strong communication skills. Able to present ideas clearly and gain acceptance. Travel is 75-80%, including some international travel. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field from a four-year college or university is required 12+ years of applicable experience in HVAC Product Design 8+ years of people Leadership experience required Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of configurations and bill of material structure. PDM, PLM and/or CAD experience

Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $100,800/ yr. to $171,700 / yr. plus a 15% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
