Medical Equipment Planner Salary:
$100,000•$120,000 + Bonus +

Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid) About the Company This is a specialist healthcare consultancy delivering true end-to-end equipment planning services across major hospital and healthcare capital projects. The firm operates a fully integrated model, supporting clients from early-stage capital planning through design, procurement, logistics, and final installation. With a strong reputation for quality and long-term client relationships, the business maintains a collaborative culture with high retention and steady growth. Responsibilities Support and lead medical equipment planning across the full project lifecycle Work alongside clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams throughout all phases Develop detailed equipment plans during programming and design development stages Coordinate procurement activities including pricing, submittals, and documentation Assist with logistics planning, delivery coordination, and on-site equipment placement Maintain consistent presence across project sites in the DFW area Contribute to client management and ongoing relationship development Requirements 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare equipment planning or related project management Strong understanding of medical equipment workflows and healthcare environments Experience supporting healthcare construction or capital projects Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including office and site presence Based in DFW or open to relocating / commuting with flexibility on office attendance Revit or BIM experience is beneficial but not essential Benefits Competitive base salary and strong bonus structure 80% employer-paid healthcare Potential vehicle allowance depending on experience Exposure to major healthcare projects in the region Career growth within a stable, growing business Why Join End-to-end involvement with no project handoffs Strong local project pipeline across DFW Flexible hybrid model while maintaining site exposure High visibility with leadership and clients Collaborative and relationship-driven culture Get job alerts Share Copied to clipboard Related roles Structural Engineer
