Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Ref# 246736 Seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), user lifecycle management, access governance, system integrations, provisioning, connector development, workflow configuration, and support of secure identity management practices across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions. Perform OIM/SOA/WebLogic suite upgrades from 12c to 14c. Execute OIM migrations across virtual machines and data centers. Implement and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) user lifecycle processes across enterprise systems. Configure and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation processes. Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications. Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks. Enforce security policies including password management and segregation of duties (SoD). Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks. Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning within OIM and WebLogic environments. Support audit, compliance, and certification activities, including SOX and GDPR requirements. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, business, and application teams to implement IAM solutions. Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), IAM architecture documentation, workflows, and operational processes. Utilize Oracle SOA Suite to support IAM solutions and integrations. Define access requirements in partnership with business and security stakeholders. Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience. Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c). Experience upgrading OIM/SOA/WebLogic environments from 12c to 14c. Experience performing OIM migrations across virtual environments and data centers. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) Provisioning Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Segregation of Duties (SoD) Experience with OIM connectors including: Active Directory / LDAP
RACF SQL
/ Databases WebLogic Server Experience with Oracle SOA Suite. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced production environments. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
