This is a rare opportunity to step into a true enterprise leadership role at a company that has built a strong brand, loyal customer base, and a scalable operating model across approximately 10 service sites. The company operates in the automotive service industry, delivering fast-turnaround preventative maintenance solutions to both individual customers and commercial accounts. The business serves a diverse mix of B2B and B2C customers and is positioned for continued multi-site growth across Texas. The incoming President will own the full P&L, set strategic direction, drive a sales-oriented culture, and serve as the face of the business with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. This role reports directly to ownership/the Board and carries significant operational authority. What You Will Own Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company's multi-year growth strategy, including new site expansion, market entry, and revenue diversification Serve as the primary liaison to the Board, ownership group, and external partners Build and foster a high-performance leadership team aligned to company vision and values P&L and Financial Ownership Own full P&L responsibility across all sites, driving consistent revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation decisions Implement rigorous financial discipline and operational KPIs across the enterprise Sales and Commercial Growth Champion a sales-oriented culture that drives both B2B fleet account acquisition and B2C customer growth Oversee commercial strategy for key accounts, fleet partnerships, and direct-to-consumer channels Identify and pursue new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities Operations and Multi-Site Management Ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and quality standards across all locations Lead continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, throughput, and customer satisfaction Drive workforce development, talent retention, and a strong safety culture across all sites What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a proven operator and builder who thrives in an entrepreneurial, multi-site services environment. You are equally comfortable on the floor with a blue collar workforce as you are in a boardroom with investors. You hold yourself and others to a high standard and have a genuine passion for growing a business. Experience and Qualifications 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior P&L-owning role Proven track record leading a multi-site services business of comparable scale, with 5 or more locations Deep commercial instincts with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth across both B2B and B2C revenue channels Experience in the automotive service industry or adjacent service industries strongly preferred Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance management Exceptional people leadership capabilities with experience managing up to 10 direct reports across a distributed workforce Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining talent across a blue collar and management workforce Experience operating in Texas preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Leadership Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and accountability High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse stakeholder groups Data-driven decision maker who also operates with strong intuition and judgment Competitive spirit with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and team development Location This is a hybrid role based in Texas. The position requires 25 to 50% travel to company sites across the state. Candidates must currently reside in Texas.
